Well, I just was looking for a Clan playing RnL, but I definately would enjoy RO in a real team, too (I like this game also).

In the RnL forums you wrote the unit is looking to branch into RnL in the near future. When will that be?

And Furthermore: Are many of you speaking german well? I would like to enjoy RnL one time "in german" - adds to intensity^^
I'm able to speak english too, but dont expect the quality of a mother tongue :D

Welcome to the forums, we mainly play RO and Darkest Hour which is a western front mod for RO. We do play RnL from time to time but not very often to be perfectly honest with you. I can see us playing more RnL in the future after more patches and content is realised we might become more involved.

P.S. as for age limits yes we do... but provided an individual has a mature attitude then concessions can be made.

P.S.S. as for German a few of us speak some German and a some of us are going to start learning as group which should be very good fun. As it stand we only have one native speaking German currently in the unit.

Hoffmann what is the feeling within 2.SS regarding R&L ? How does it compare to RO and the other FPS WWII games, ie; COD... & MOH ? I ask this as we in 16.Kp/FJR.6 are entertaining the idea of adding it to our membership on line list of games.

The game is very good and has many merits however there are in my opinion some fundamental flaws. The main one being the abysmal view distance. I believe they have limited the view distance to make the game perform better of lower end PC but in doing so have made the game horrible. You can even see from one end of the road to other on certain maps. It’s a shame because if the view distance was further then it would be a very playable game. It's worth a try though!
